Welcome, International Alumni and Past Affiliates!

Whether you are a graduated international student, a scholar or intern who has completed their program, or a past international employee who no longer works at Pitt - we want you to stay connected to our Pitt international community!

Engaging with the Pitt Community

Social Media

Please connect with OIS on social media (primarily Facebook and Instagram) for updates and information on events, reminders, and Pittsburgh experiences!  Some examples of the information shared on our social media channels are:

Alumni Association

Please remember that you will always be a member of the Pitt community through the Pitt Alumni Association. Pitt alumni host events in every state and around the world. These events are a great opportunity to network with other professionals, have a fun time, and share memories of Pittsburgh. Check out the Pitt Alumni Association website for more information about events as well as regional and special interest groups.

International Alumni Newsletter

OIS provides a quarterly newsletter for everyone interested in staying connected with our international community after they leave. This newsletter email includes information about important programs and initiatives related to the international community.  If you are interested in receiving this newsletter, please email OIS@pitt.edu.

Pitt Day of Giving

Pitt Day of Giving is the main fundraising push of the year for the university.  In 2023, OIS started an International Student Emergency Fund to help international students facing dire financial challenges while working to succeed at Pitt.  This is a wonderful way to help the most vulnerable international students at Pitt.
