Marina's position in OIS located within the Admissions unit. Here, she processes international undergraduate applications, manages the admissions files and content, responds to student inquiries, and corresponds with in-coming students and their parents.

Marinia also assists the Admissions unit with international graduate credential evalutations.

Education

Marina has a degree in Business from Kaufmaennishche Schule School in Switzerland and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian from the University of Pittsburgh.

Biography

Marina grew up in Switzerland and moved to the United States in 1971. She has held positions with Institutional Advancement at the University of Pittsburgh, Mellon Bank, Bayer Corporation, and several companies in Switzerland.

Marina has one son and three grandchildren.

Marina's hobbies include: cooking and baking, walking, reading and spending time with her grandchildren.

Marina has traveled extensively to: Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Canada, and lived in Switzerland and speaks Italian, German (fluent), Spanish and French (understand more than speak).
